Printed dipole array antennas with a ground plane are well known as wideband and inexpensive. In order to supress the unwanted radiation, the length of the slot in the ground plane is generally less than half wave-length, which makes it difficult to manufacture. In this paper, a new technique is proposed to improve the produtivity. Both the numerical and the experimental results are presented to verify it. |
