| (in English) | In 2009, Ministry of Health and welfare started to build and maintain healthcare database. It’s called “the national database of health insurance claim and health check”. The information stored in this database is receipt information and specific health check and health guidance. The receipt information is medical expense claim information from medical institutions to payers. After 2011 in Japan, medical institutions have to claim to payer via internet in electronic form. In 2009, specific health check and specific health guidance start in Japan. The data have to be transferred in electronic form. The national database of health insurance claim and health check gathers this receipt information and specific health check and guidance information. In this study, we researched the situation of the national database of health insurance claim and health check, and analyzed this issue. |
