Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Recently, the power-supply decoupling that encloses the high-frequency electricity in the source neighborhood is used as the electromagnetic interference control measures between the circuits of an electronic equipment. The influence that the decoupling device gave the current distribution to aim at effective use, and to clarify the mechanism was examined by the simulation and the experiment.
