(in English) We have fabricated ultrathin polymer film, “polymer nanosheet” using alkylacrylamide polymers via Langmuir-Blodgett technique. In this paper, redox polymer nanosheets, which contain ruthenium complex and ferrocene respectively were prepared and assemble onto a solid substrate. The special arrangement of the redox polymer nanosheet is used for the direction control of electron current flow. The current flow direction control ability of the assembly was applied to produce optical logic gates and opto-electrical memory.
