Shape is one of the most important primitive features of natural objects. As long as shape recognition technology's development, it is applied in wider and wider fields, among which medical imaging is a special area with significant importance. In this paper, we propose a novel processing framework that combines a modified RANSAC with segmenting and reconnect ting the spatial connected edge curvelets, in order to achieve robustness s and efficiency. We apply this technology to medical imaging area, more specifically the analysis of erythrocyte, in order to provide assistance with cell recognition and classification. |
