Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) We apply modular reinforcement learning to the control of robot having three different sensors. The modular reinforcement learning system is constructed by a selection module and control modules. The control
problem in which the learning system must select the appropriate control from the combination of two different sensor values was trained by the modular reinforcement learning. In order to improve learning efficiency, multi–stage learning, experience strengthening, and initial learning were introduced. As a result, it turned out that selection of appropriate control module was trained by the modular reinforcement learning.
