| 抄録 | （和） | 就職活動中の学生にとって，自分の専門性と類似した社会人がどのような就職活動を行ってきたか，また入社した企業に対してどのような考え方を持ち，活躍の場を得ているのかといった経験情報を参考にすることはキャリアプランを描く上で重要になる．こうした経験情報を得る手段の一つとして，学生は着目している企業の社員訪問を行うが，パーソナルコネクションを駆使し，アポイントを取って有用な情報を得ることは地理的・時間的制約が非常に大きい．本研究では大学生とそのOB・OGをメンバとした，経験情報の共有によるパーソナルコネクション構築のためのSNSの開発を行った．本SNSは，OB・OGと就職活動中の学生間のパーソナルコネクションの構築を支援し，メンバ間でOB・OGの就職活動中や入社後の経験情報の共有を図る機能を有している．ケーススタディの結果，本SNSによってOB・OGからの経験情報の提示が促進され，学生は就職活動に有用な経験情報が得られることが示された． |
| （英） | It is quite instructive for university students who start their job-hunting to share job-hunting and work experiences their old boys/girls had, which would be useful to plan their business careers. However, it is not so easy for the students to obtain information concerning such experiences since there are few opportunities to make personal connections with their old boys/girls. In order to resolve this issue, we have developed a SNS (Social Networking Service) system, which helps students make personal connections with their old boys/girls by sharing job-hunting and work experiences. It includes two main services as follows: one is to gather information concerning job-hunting and work experiences from the old boys/girls by means of Blog, and the other is to make personal connections between the students and old boys/girls by means of the Blog entries. This paper demonstrates the SNS system, and reports a preliminary case study. The results of the case study suggest that the system enables the old boys/girls to write down their job-hunting and work experiences with Blog, and that the system allows the students to have instructive information from the Blog entries. | |
