Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Community Networks (CNs) that aim to exchange/share of information in regional community has been paid a lot of attention in recent years. The most of conventional CNs uses the client server model. Official centers of regions manage their servers and offer many kinds of local information including disaster information to their clients. However, when the servers fall down, it is impossible for clients to get emergent information. It is particularly essential at the time of regional disasters like earth quakes, large scale fires, flooding, and so on.
In this paper, we consider a P2P model that has no server for early acquisition of extraordinary data. Then, push-typed P2P model was proposed. In that model, client PCs themselves upload emergency data to their CNs and share those emergency data. We propose a Hybrid distribution typed method newly to distribute disaster information effectively.
