A Design of Delta-Sigma Modulator Using Chopper Stabilization and Correlated Double Sampling

(in English) This paper describes improvement of the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in delta-sigma modulators. The $1/f$ noise in an amplifier used in the switched capacitor integrator degrade the SNR. In order to improve it, we apply two techniques of the chopper stabilization and correlated double sampling to the integrator. In this paper, the comparison results between two techniques through HSPICE simulation is reported.
