This paper investigates the problem of minimizing an $l_2$-sensitivity measure subject to $l_2$-norm dynamic-range scaling constraints for two-dimensional separable-denominator state-space digital filters described by the Roesser local state-space model.
To this end, after deriving an expression for evaluating the $l_2$-sensitivity, the $l_2$-sensitivity minimization problem subject to the $l_2$-scaling constraints is formulated.
An iterative algorithm is then developed to solve the constraint optimization problem directly.
A numerical example is presented to demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. |
