Visualization of 3D surface of human brain and multimodal information

(in English) A 3D visual integration of diffusion tensor tractography and functional information from human brain MR images is an important topic in clinical applications and neuroscience researches. Various approaches have been proposed to visualize the multimodal information efficiently. We introduce a novel visualization technique, which simultaneously visualizes 3D surface-rendered brain from the T1-weighted images, the diffusion tractography with the 3D human brain, and functional maps from fMRI. User-friendly interface enables the software to give spatial information of functional areas using 3D human brain as well as connectivity from the tractography inside the brain.
