[Poster Presentation] Color Doppler Ultrasound on GPU -- An Ultra-High Frame Rate Implementation --

(in English) Color Doppler ultrasound is a well-known method to capture flow information. In order to reconstruct flow information from ultrasound signals, several procedures are required, such as 1D autocorrelation, FIR filter, IIR filter, and median filter. Due to the high complexity and the great data amount, real-time Color Doppler is hard to implement on pure CPU architecture. In this paper, a GPU-based algorithm with NVIDIA CUDA is proposed, and it provides ultra-high frame rate (160fps) in 500X500 pixels frame size.
