(in English) Recently, due to the introduction of multi-slice CT, to obtain a high resolution 3D CT image is possible in a short time. The temporal and spatial resolutions are high, so a highly accurate 3D image analysis is possible. To develop a structure analysis of the lung is needed and to be used as a fundamental technology for early detection of the disease. By separating the lung into lung lobes may provide important information for analysis, diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases. Therefore in this study, using the pulmonary vein and interlobar fissure information, we adapted algorithm to classify the lung field into lung into lung lobes a case of the bronchial asthma of inspiration and expiration, and then we evaluated the classification.
