高周波比誘電率の様々な測定法が考案されてきている.筆者らが放射電界強度の計測のために検討している誘電体散乱プローブを用いた変調散乱手法では,散乱体の比誘電率と散乱電界強度の関係が定量的に結ばれている.したがって,既知の高周波放射電界中に置いた誘電体の散乱波電界を計測することによりその誘電率を非接触で簡便に推定することができる.そこで,散乱電界強度の測定値から比誘電率を推定するために,散乱波受信電界強度式から誘電率を推定する式を導出した.純水を球状容器に封入した試料について散乱波電界強度測定を行い,周波数1 GHzにおける比誘電率の推定値70.1を得た. |

To evaluate the permittivity for high frequency signal, some measurement systems have been developed and used practically. In the modulated scatterer method which was studied to measure the electromagnetic field, the permittivity of the scatterer relates quantitatively with the electric field of the scattering wave from it. Therefore, the permittivity of the dielectric scatterer in the high frequency field could be estimated by measuring the scattering field strength so as to expose the scatterer in the known field. In this paper, the relationship between the permittivity of the dielectric scatterer and the scattering field strength yielded by the scatterer is denoted to estimate the permittivity from the measured value. Then, the estimated permittivity of 70.1 at 1 GHz was estimated experimentally by the relationship for the pure water which is filled in the spherical enclosure. |
