In this paper, 3D electromagnetic simulation software CST is used to build a model of high frequency relay. Through simulation, radio frequency (RF) performance of the relay can be obtained. And the results of simulation agree well with the results of experiment, which demonstrates the Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) model is valid for the research in this paper. Then related parameters of high frequency relay are analyzed to optimize the RF performance. After optimization the RF performance is improved obviously. Moreover, equivalent circuit method is used to calculate the impedance of high frequency relay. The effect of parasitic parameter on the impedance of high frequency relay is quantitatively analyzed. Research in this paper will be valuable for the design of high frequency relay. |
