(in English) Multi-Car Elevators (MCE) that have
several cars in a single shaft is
promising transport system and
operating methods for them are also eager to be developed.
In this paper, the author focused on the analogy
between
race conditions of multitasking operating system
in which plural processes compete to gain access
to computing resources
and
those of MCE in which
two or more cars attempt to occupy spaces of hoistway.
And this paper discusses application of thechniques for operating system
to establishment of intra-shaft operating method for MCE,
then its efficiency is shown through computer simulation.
