Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Crosstalk due to reflected waves generated from a nonlinear capacitive element connected with microstripline as a load has been investigated. A capacitance of the load is changed by a time changing voltage of the load. Complicated crosstalk is induced by the reflected wave caused by the change of the capacitance. It is difficult to estimate the complicated crosstalk. However, in case the change of the capacitance is small, it can be considered that there is little effect of the nonlinearity of the load. In this paper, a constant capacitance approximate method of a nonlinear capacitive load and error of due to the approximate method is expressed.
