| 抄録 | （和） | 組織における情報の共有や知識の伝播は，ICTの進展に伴い急速な変化を見せている．特に社内Webや電子メールのように内容をいつでも読み返せる蓄積型通信の普及によって，情報や知識を組織内に定着させることが容易になった．しかし，様々なイベントに応じて，組織構成員の意見や行動計画などを取り纏める業務については，暗黙知を形式知に表出化するプロセスを内包している可能があると考えられるが，研究事例が乏しい．そこで，企業の研究組織において，組織運営のための情報共有と取り纏めを仲介者として遂行する業務に着目し，上部組織と組織構成員との間で仲介者が送受する電子メール履歴から，仲介者のコミュニケーションを考察する． |
| （英） | In organization, information sharing and knowledge accumulation show the substantial changes as ICT progresses. Especially, accumulative communications, like in-house Web pages and E-mails, that can read the contents at any time have spread. It became easy to be established to information and knowledge in the organizations by this spread. The work that arranges the organization constituent member's opinions and action plans according to various events can express tacit knowledge. However, the research case is scarce. Then, we pay attention on the work by the mediation of the intelligence sharing and the arrangement for the organizational operation in the research organization of the enterprise. In this paper, mediator's communications are considered from the logs of the E-mails that the mediator exchanges between the umbrella group and the organization constituent members. | |
