A spiking network of Hippocampal model including neurogenesis.

(in English) The hippocampus is considered that it keeps short-term memories and participates in the fixation of long-term memory.
Recently it is reported that a neurogenesis occurs in the dentate gyrus in the hippocampus of adult mammalians.
In this report, we modify a firing-rate coding type hippocampal model proposed by Suazanna Becker.
We use a Izhikevich type spiking neuron as a constituent neuron in the network model.
Additionally, we introduce SOM type learning to form baseal memory in the network.
Then we examine the influence of the neurogenesis in dentate gyrus to the baseal memory.
As a result the proposed model with neurogenesis shows similar results with Beckers' one in obtaining novel memories.
