Unstructured data classification using Co-Occurrence in telecommunication services

(in English) A variety of services have recently been provided according to the sophistication of networks and personal equipment. The connection of these equipments becomes complicated with sophistication of these. Since software is often updated in order to face against sophistication of services or security, the trouble such as no-connection increases and it becomes difficult to determine the cause in some cases. Telecom operator has to understand the situation and to act quickly as possible for customer enquiry. This paper proposes one method which analyze and classifies customer enquiry to react quickly and efficiently. Since customer enquiry is stored as unstructured data (text) in general, the method is based upon the co-occurrence technique in order to classify a large amount of unstructured data into patterns.
