Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The organic-inorganic hybrid thin films were prepared by photo-cationic polymerization of bisphenylfluorene diglycidylether with epoxy containing polysilsesquioxanes which were synthesized by the sol-gel method of epoxy trialkoxysilane. And also the sulfur containing organic-inorganic hybrids were prepared by the photo-assisted ene-thiol reaction using thiol containing polysilsesquioxanes with vinyl compounds. The refractive index of these hybrid thin films was evaluated, and they are interesting optical materials that indicated the turnable refractive index with different composition ratio of organic- and inorganic-components.
