| (in English) | Recently, MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) has attracted much attention as a technology achieving a higher channel capacity. It has been anticipated that the propagation characteristic depends on the spatial configuration (or allocation) of antennas because of using the space division multiplexing in the MIMO systems. To propose the small size portable terminals designed for MIMO systems, the efficient allocation of antennas in the limited space is important. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the characteristics of the MIMO channels including human and antennas. In this paper, we have evaluated the effects of antenna arrangement and human hand on the eigenvalues of the MIMO systems for the short range wireless communications. As a result of these experiments, we found that there is the configuration of antennas which can improve the eigenvalues of the assumed MIMO channels. | |
