| (in English) | In order to measure magnetic field in the microwave frequency range,we are developing optical magnetic field probe consisting of loop coil and DAST electro-optic crystals. We examined the frequency response characteristics of the probes from 1GHz to 60GHz above the microstrip line. The output peak of resonance was observed at 43GHz and 51GHz for the probe of 0.5mm×0.5mm and 0.4mm×0.4mm loop coil aperture size ,respectively. For the probe of 0.3mm×0.3mm loop coil aperture size,distinct output peak of resonance was not observed up to 60GHz. Furthermore,we measured the electromagnetic field distribution above the microstrip line. Comparing 0deg setting with 90deg setting of the probe,we confirmed that the probe response was strongly to the electric field. | |
