Cognitive Wireless Clouds realizes heterogeneous handover between multiple wireless access carriers. Under this network, it is necessary to discover wireless resources and to select the best one in wide frequency band from 400MHz to 6GHz. Furthermore, the best radio resource is different for each user. Radio information that the terminal should acquire for this best radio resource selection is different for each user, therefore, an architecture that can offer appropriate information for each user is needed. In this paper, we have proposed radio information for best radio resource selection and algorithm utilizing it. In addition, we mention the evaluation system of the function of Cognitive Wireless Clouds which we have implemented. |
