Cute-1.7 + APD II, the third nano-satellite of Laboratory for Space Systems at Tokyo Institute of Technology, was developed at low cost in short term by intensive use of COTS components. The missions of this satellite are to realize attitude control with magnetic torquer, to provide amateur radio service, to demonstrate a science observation sensor to detect low-energy charged particles on orbit. In this paper, the goal of the project, mission and prospective outcome in orbit are introduced. |
