Path alternation on real-time video streaming using PR-SCTP

(in English) PR-SCTP is an extension of SCTP, the next generation transport protocol, for retransmission and timeout control under real-time constraints. PR-SCTP eases the troublesome works of designing and developing application software for real-time transmission of video streams. Here we examine how much an alternation of a path affects on a real-time video stream.
