現在のEMI測定は直接波と床面からの反射波のベクトル合成波を測定している.一方で,新たな規格ではFAR(Fully Anechoic Room)を利用する事が可能となる見込みである.理想的なFARでは床面反射がないため,ハイトパターンが出ない.このためEMI測定時にアンテナを上下する必要が無く,測定効率の向上が図れる.しかし,被試験器の妨害波の指向性により,アンテナ高さ固定での測定では正確に最大値が得られないという懸念もある.そこで本研究では,コムジェネレータとデジタル家電を用いてアンテナ高さと測定結果の関係を調査し,今回用いた実機ではアンテナ固定の測定で問題が無い事を明らかにした.また,OATS(Open Area Test Site)やSAC(Semi Anechoic Chamber)による従来の測定に比べ,約1/6に測定時間を短縮できることを示した. |

According to the current standards of EMC, the radiated emission level is measured as the electric field strength of synthesized-vector-wave. The wave is composed of the direct wave from equipment under test (EUT) and the reflected wave from the floor. On the other hand, it is being discussed to use a fully anechoic room (FAR) in a new EMC standard: CISPR 32. In a FAR, the variation of the height pattern occurs little because there is no reflected wave from the floor. Therefore, the measurement time can be reduced drastically, since the height of the antenna does not need to be changed. However, there is a concern that an accurate peak value cannot be obtained at the fixed-height antenna, since an EUT may have an directional characteristics. In this report, we evaluated the relation between the height of the antenna and the measurement result by using a comb generator and some digital consumer electronics equipments. As a result, we verified that there was no problem in this evaluation method even if the height of the antenna is fixed. Additionally, it was shown that we could shorten the measurement time to about one sixth of the conventional method, by fixed-height antenna in the FAR. |
