ZVS Half Bridge Converter with a Integrated Magnetic Transformer

(in English) We propose a novel converter with an integrated magnetic transformer. The magnetic transformer is integrated of the input chalk, the output chalk, and the transformer. This converter is able to transmit energy both periods of on-period and off-period, and is able decrease an increase in the flux of magnetic induction with the load current. Moreover, the voltage stress of MOSFET is decreased according to the half bridge composition, and the switching loss is decreased by using zero-voltage-switching operation. The leakage inductance in output side functions as a output filter, and decreases the output ripple noise. We obtained 93.8% efficiency under the condition of 20V/24A output and 72A/1227W output of89.2% efficiency.
