Design of Dual-Band and Tri-Band Bandpass Filters Using Microstrip Composite Resonators

(in English) In this paper, novel microstrip dual-band bandpass filter (DBBPF) and tri-band bandpass filter (TBBPF) are designed, fabricated, and measured. The design of DBBPF and TBBPF is performed with better accuracy after developing a new method for configuring microstrip multi-band composite resonators. In the design examples of a two-degree DBBPF and a two-degree TBBPF, all the frequency responses of filters based on the circuit analysis, electromagnetic simulation, and measurements agree quite well with each other.
