Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The inkjet technique is devised as one of the thin film formation method of the next generation. We synthesized the ferroelectric thin film of bismuth titanate by using alcohol-related solutions. The single phase film was obtained at 750℃ showed ferroelectric characteristics. The remanent polarization and the coercive field were 2.6μC/cm2 and 36kV/cm, respectively, and shows fatigue properties up to 10^8 times.
