We have investigated active-matrix driving of magneto optic spatial light modulators using poly-Si TFTs for application of the writing devices to optical disks. Because poly-Si TFTs drive magneto-optic devices, hi-speed writing and low-power dissipation can be achieved. We succeeded to confirm the working by basic experiment and circuit simulation. |
