| (in English) | High-power 10-Gb/s semi-cooled operation was attained for AlGaInAs electroabsorption modulator integrated AlGaInAs $\lambda$/4-shifted DFB lasers. At 53degC, a 10-Gb/s 100-km transmission was achieved with an average fiber output power of +3.0 dBm. | |
