4-Dimenthional X-ray computed tomography (4D CT) images provide information of lung motion. Quantification of lung motion is useful for diagnosing lung cancer and diseases. It is effective for the quantification method of the lungs that tracks the bifurcation point where topology is maintained when lung moves. But it is impossible to quantitative lung motion in the area which cannot correspond to the same place at the different time, because it is difficult to extract details of lung vascular and airway. In this paper, we report results of non-anatomical features extraction and quantification of lung motion using 3D-KLT tracker. |
