FDTD Analysis of Site VSWR with Varying Absorber Arrangement and Area

(in English) The measurement site to measure electromagnetic interference for frequency band above 1GHz standardizes free space site now, Site VSWR method is suggested for the method to examine that site conform the standard.
In semi anechoic chamber, an absorber is arranged on a metal floor and a free space is imitated. In this case, site VSWR depend on absorber arrangement. However, the influence of the boundary of absorber and metal floor is not clear. In this report, VSWR with varying arrangement absorber is investigated. At first, the width of absorber with arrangement was changed, and it analyzed and compared with the measurement result. This result shown that analysis of examination of VSWR is possible. At next, when the width of absorber is changed, convergence of VSWR is investigated. Analysis and measurement value is converges when the width of absorber is 1.4m or more, and prior investigate with varying absorber arrangement is possible. Additionally, electric filed strength distribution on the absorber was changed significantly if width of absorber is small. Therefore, this is shown that dispersion on the boundary of absorber and metal floor influences VSWR greatly.
