The Laser-Induced-Surface-Deformation method is a measurement method for the surface properties of liquid such as the surface tension or surface elasticity. In this method, a powerful laser light irradiated on the liquid surface makes a tiny deformation of the surface because of the change of the light momentum at the surface, and the surface deformation propagates on the surface as the wave. In this study, we generated the surface wave in the pinhole which put on the liquid, and excited the resonance mode surface wave. The amplitude of the resonance mode wave was about twice of the free surface wave. |
