Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In this research, we estimated the electric dipole dynamics by means of solving an inverse problem with
respect to spatio-temporal patterns of activity in the human heart. Finite Element Method (FEM) is employed
to find the body surface potential generated from the predicted dipole; the dipole location in which the computed
potential fits the measured potential is calculated by using Genetic Algorithm (GA). The experimental results
show that the estimated dipole location and rotation are found to move clockwise and rotate counterclockwise,
respectively. In addition, by using the Lyapunov analysis the coordinate of the dipole was confirmed to have chaos
characteristics.
