Selection of hapten structures for highly sensitive detection of TNT using SPR immunosensor by indirect competitive method

(in English) In order to detect trinitrotoluene (TNT) with high sensitivity, SPR immunosensor with indirect competitive method was used. In the development of the sensor chip, dithiol self-assembled monolayers were formed on the Au surface, and TNT analogues were attached to them through polyethylene glycol chain to reduce non specific adsorption of protein. Three kinds of TNT analogues were immobilized to the sensor chip surfaces and we examined whether there is a significant influence of the hapten structure and their affinity to TNT antibody on the sensitivity of TNT detection.
