Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) By using RTS/CTS handshaking we can alleviate hidden terminal problem as well as reduces the chance of collision in case of higher node density and traffic. But when the network density and traffic is low, basic CSMA/CA scheme would lead to higher throughput due to its less overhead. We proposed a dynamically adjusting scheme depending on the packet delivery ratio, which is an important factor for network traffic. Extensive simulation based on NS-2 is performed to confirm the effectiveness of this scheme.
