| (in English) | Conducting of composite film of conducting polymer (poly pyrrole/poly(3-alkylthiophene) (PPy/PAT) can be controlled by a signal. However, the composite film has been degraded by may writing processes. Thus, polythiophene was used replaced poly(3-alkylthiophene) to work as memory. The simple network of one seet of conducting polymer or simple network of may composite films has been used as memory. | |
