| (in English) | We propose a wide-band balun with matching compensation circuits using capacitors and transmission-lines. The proposed balun is based on a microstrip coupled-line marchand balun. In this case, transmission characteristics of the proposed balun are examined by using an electromagnetic(EM) simulator. As a result, we have confirmed that the balun's fractional bandwidth increases by comparing with a conventional balun's one. |
