In this report, a new distributed resonator which improves bandwidth
and is composed of a capacitor and transmission lines is introduced.
Resonant characteristics and mechanism of the presented circuit are
examined theoretically and by making an equivalent circuit.
Also we verify effectiveness of this resonator through designing and
prototyping a compact UWB bandpass filter. |
