(in English) A very wideband active RC polyphase filter(RCPF) is presented. It can expand image-rejection band of passive
RCPF. To realize this, CMOS inverter based fully differential OTA which can operate low supply voltage is also presented. This paper show 6-stage Active RC polyphase filter has 1MHz$\sim$100MHz passband width, and
which was fablicated by 0.18$\mu$m CMOS technology.
