Image reconstruction for time-resolved diffused optical tomography is described. Only back scattered optical pulses are used for the image reconstruction which is effective to visualize optically thick actual living cell activity. Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) analysis consist of non-uniform grids has been applied to increase sensitivity for variation of absorption coefficient of Yee grids. Truncated Newton (TN) and Conjugate Gradient (CG) methods have been applied for the inverse problem analysis in image reconstruction. It has been confirmed that Yee grids absorption changes can be identified in two dimensional inhomogeneous scattering medium. |
