A Study on Noise Performance of A Reflection Type One-Port GaAsFET Amplifier

(in English) Microwave amplifiers use GaAsFET as a two port type amplifier, but in the case of increasing amplifier gain, GaAsFET is often used as a reflection type amplifier. In such a case, there is a problem that the feedback circuit may degrade the noise performance of the amplifier.
In this paper, noise performance of a two port type amplifier and a reflection type amplifier are studied and it is clarified that there is no deference between these two types.
