(in English) I describe power generator techniques and power control techniques for the ubiquitous power supply. In particular, we have researched vibration-to-electric power generators as extremely small size power sources. The MEMS’s innovation makes a significant capacitance change by the vibration. The large capacitance change generates the high power. However, the mass of resonator is important for vibration-to-electric power generation. It is a key that the quality factor of the resonator compensates the smallness of the mass. Furthermore, power control circuits are important for the feeble generated power. We propose an active supply method controlled by quantity of the generated power. This proposed method is effectively applied to the weak power generator because the active supply method does not waste generated power.
