The real time on-die noise sensor reported here can continuously detect up to 100 noise events per a second without disturbing processor operations using 400-kbps serial interface. The noise sensor uses a histogram counters and variable detection windows. We demonstrate the sensor for measurement of periodic and single events in real-time. |
