Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Data recording on Ag-Pt-Au alloy which was used for dental prosthesis was performed. Dependencies of a laser fluence on a processed shape, and a focus position of pulse on the processed shape were investigated. The processed shape was a wavy surface and a crater, and a doubled crater depending on the laser fluence. The diameter of the structure enlarged when focus position was away from the surface. A femtosecond laser processing system with a surface detection function was developed for data recording on a Ag-Pt-Au crown.
