| (in English) | 我々は，代謝の空間分布を測定するための，近赤外発光ダイオードと電子冷却形CCDイメージセンサーから構成されるイメージセンサー型近赤外分光計測システムを開発した．電子冷却形CCDイメージセンサーは高感度・低ノイズであるため，光強度で４桁程度のダイナミックレンジを有しているため，反射率が大きく異なる体表面上の広い範囲を同時に計測できる．さらに，画像処理によって体の２次元的位置ずれを補正し，代謝状態の空間分布が画像化される．本報告では，腕の代謝分布測定について報告する． | |
