(in English) The Luo-Rudy dynamic model is a detailed ventricular myocardial
cell model which describes the temporal variation of cell membrane
This model is described by the Hodgkin-Huxley-type equations with 21
variables, and the membrane potential significantly depends on the variations of parameters.
In this research, we analyze the global bifurcation structure of the
Luo-Rudy dynamic model by varying the maximum conductances or parameters which play the same role as the maximum
conductances of ionic channels, and thus we investigate drug sensitivity of
ionic channels.
