Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Mobility support described in Mobile IPv6(MIPv6) introduces route optimization eliminating the delays associated with the continued use of tunneling via the home agent. However, network mobility, which is standardized in the Internet Engineering Task Force(IETF) Network Mobility(NEMO) working group, is a realistic scenario to which route optimization is not currently applicable. This paper describes considerations for extending the routability test for NEMO which can be used to solve correspondent router’s network address issue when mobile node or mobile network node under mobile router make optimized route via correspondent router, and proposed the use of routability test for network address managed by correspondent router.
